BOOKING & DEPOSIT
Send a signed contract, plus payment of half the total rent, by check (in Euros or US dollars) to confirm reservation. Information confirming the booking and arrangements for your arrival will then be sent to you.

PAYMENT OF BALANCE
About 20 days before your departure, you will receive an email reminding you to send a check for the balance of rent. Please mail promptly so your account can be credited before you depart for Brittany.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
When you arrive at Ty Beleug, you will be welcomed by our representative. Please have on hand a personal check made out to Isabelle Kelley in the amount of 800€ or $1,000 to be held as a security deposit by our representative. This check will be returned to you upon your departure, assuming the house is left in good condition.

CONDITIONS / CHECK-IN, CHECK-OUT
The property must be treated with care. Guests must clean the dishes before leaving. Also, excessive amounts of trash should be removed. The house must be left in a clean state, comparable to its condition upon your arrival. No pets, and no smoking. The rent includes 300kw of electricity per week. Our representative will inform you about costs for additional usage. Check-in time is 4:00pm; check-out time is 10:00am.

CANCELLATION
More than 8 weeks prior to arrival, 100% of deposit is refunded; more than 60 days prior, 50% is refunded. Less than 60 days prior, no cash refund, but the amount held on account is credited toward another time.

PRIVACY
Personal information required to complete the contract shall be used solely for that purpose, with the exception that renters may receive occasional email messages from the owner regarding news about Ty Beleug.

In the Village of St. Colomban, Ty Beleug is the small house directly adjacent and to the right of the chapel, as you face the chapel from the parking lot. Walk behind the chapel and enter through the gate to the back yard.
